We are a licensed electrical contractor. We do not provide engineering certifications unless separately contracted.

Future electrical failures unrelated to our scope of work
Utility company processing timelines
Inspection scheduling timelines beyond our control
That additional hidden conditions will not be discovered
All services are provided based on the agreed scope of work.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Disclose known electrical issues
Provide clear access to electrical panels and work areas
Obtain HOA approval if required
Make timely payments according to contract terms
Failure to provide accurate information may affect project timelines or costs.
Estimates, Pricing & Payments
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
Additional unforeseen issues may require change orders.
Flat pricing applies only to the clearly defined scope outlined in your written agreement.
A deposit may be required to begin permitting and scheduling.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment.
Permits & Inspections
Where required, we recommend and coordinate permits and inspections. Approval depends on city or utility authority review.
Permit fees may be included or billed separately as stated in your agreement.

Termination
